Manko was established in March 2020 by two experienced fruit growers and the former General Manager of Compagnie Fruitière Import-Exofarm.

- Ivory Coast – Over 6,000 t of mangoes handled since 2020. Fully certified (GlobalG.A.P., GRASP, Rainforest Alliance, Tesco Nurture Choice, Sedex).
- Senegal – More than 5,500 t of mangoes exported since 2020, including organic production.
- Benin – A new project (since 2022) producing premium Sugar Loaf and Smooth Cayenne pineapples.
- Mexico – A leading supplier of mangoes and avocados with its own plantations and long-term packhouse partnerships.
